These terms govern your use of WakeApp, a gentle alarm and ambient-sound app for iOS, created by Antoine & Victor. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Using WakeApp
WakeApp is free to download and use. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. Please don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its sounds.
2. WakeApp Plus & purchases
WakeApp Plus is an optional one-time, in-app purchase (€3.99) that unlocks additional sounds, sensory backgrounds and shuffle mode, with lifetime access and free future updates. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed via our subscription provider, RevenueCat, and the handling of any purchase data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Alarms & reliability
WakeApp aims to wake you gently and reliably, but alarm delivery depends on your device, its settings, volume, battery and operating system. We can't guarantee an alarm will sound in every situation, so please don't rely on it alone for safety-critical wake-ups.
4. Content & intellectual property
All sounds, visuals, names and designs in WakeApp are owned by its creators and protected by copyright. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
